Being specialised in the development and manufacturing of tyres, Jinyu products can be found in countries all around the world.Four factories with a combined production capacity of 33 million PCR tyres, 4.5 million TBR tyres and 33k tons of OTR tyres supply the continuous world-wide demand.

Research and Development

For every small technological advancement Jinyu makes, the brand will offer greater value and further the enterprise. Jinyu invested hundreds of millions of RMB to establish a new technological R&D centre as a testament to upholding technological development and advancement.
 
The vision of the centre is to move the industry forward through the quest for improved technology and production of higher quality products; therefore, the centre bases its research on raw material testing, new technology, semi-finished products detection,product inspection, and more. So far, the company has built one complete process development system for market research, product planning, formula testing, structure design, and product testing. Areas within the research centre are also dedicated to independent research of all steel LTR and TBR tyres, low rolling resistance and noise reduction.
